The Bora Chair employs a single-mould injection of polypropylene and is reinforced for the heavy wear of commercial use. The product features a seamless one-piece mould, which removes joints and fasteners and thus any weak points that could loosen or break. UV stabilisers are applied in the production process to lessen colour fading from extended sun, thereby lengthening the chair’s outdoor use.
