Reinforced for commercial use, the Bora Chair is manufactured from polypropylene plastic by single-mould injection. Because the mould is a seamless single piece, it lacks joints or fasteners, and therefore has no weak points to loosen or break. The inclusion of UV stabilisers in production slows colour fading from continuous sun, prolonging the chair’s outdoor durability.

The Bora Chair uses polypropylene plastic, meaning regular care is quick and uncomplicated. With warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth, wipe the chair after each use, then rinse and let it air-dry. Use any standard kitchen spray to lift off stubborn food stains, grease marks and sunscreen residue.
While the chairs receive UV protection at manufacture, continuous exposure to full sun will cause their colour to soften gradually. By storing them under cover and stacking them for the night, the finish stays protected.
