Through single-mould injection of polypropylene, the Rio Chair gains a reinforced structure suitable for commercial use. As the mould is formed in one continuous piece, it contains no joints or fasteners that could become weak. Adding UV stabilisers at the point of production helps the chair resist sun-driven colour loss, extending its useful life in outdoor environments.
