The Rio Chair is created with a single-mould injection of polypropylene and reinforced to handle commercial demands. By using a one-piece mould that is seamless, you avoid joints and fasteners, so no weak points arise. UV stabilisers are blended into the chair during manufacture to slow colour fade from sun, giving it a longer life in outdoor settings. Designed for Australian cafés, the Rio Chair series uses polypropylene plastic that resists moisture, UV exposure and daily wear.
A lightly contoured seat pan supports correct posture and distributes weight evenly, allowing guests to sit comfortably for longer. The olive olive finish is integrally moulded into the chair, not surface-applied, meaning it won’t chip, peel or scratch with regular use.
